No responsibility is assumed by Snider's Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. and the Rockford Auction Centre or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has not relied on the Auction House, its statements or descriptions in regard to determining whether or not to purchase a Lot. The Buyer understands it is incumbent upon the Buyer to inspect the Lot and hire any necessary experts to make the determination as to the nature, authenticity, quality and condition of any Lot. SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION **ON MOST LOTS**. SOME LARGER ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING. PLEASE CALL TO INQUIRE IF YOU ARE UNSURE. IF SHIPPING IS REQUIRED PLEASE INDICATE IN 'NOTES TO AUCTIONEER' OR CONTACT US DIRECTLY BY PHONE OR E-MAIL. A MINIMUM OF CHARGE OF TEN DOLLARS WILL BE ADDED TO EACH PARCEL REQUIRING SHIPPING. ADDITIONAL PACKING/HANDLING FEES MAY BE APPLIED. We will get to packing/shipping as soon as possible after the auction. Once your item is packed and shipped, we will charge your card for the shipping/handling and you will receive an email from Canada Post OR CanPar with your tracking number. We do not provide quotes or estimates on shipping. If you have an account with FedEx/UPS/or another carrier that you would like to use, please indicate to us as soon as possible. PICKUP: Due to COVID-19, we ask that you practice safe physical distancing during pickup. We will have signage and instructions during the pickup time. TERMS: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR ON THE WEDNESDAY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL BE EMAILED BY 9:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 12TH.
